Within God’s created order, we find the ability and responsibility to produce and reproduce.
Production is within humanity’s creative order and desire.
This is the heart of leadership at Stage 3.

Growth of your culture
People with a convergence of lifestyles, skills and clarity of purpose, built around core beliefs, values, practices and relational covenant.
Role model, teach and equip others with vision, mission and values.
Michael Brodeur says in his Thriving Church Manual that, “Vision is what you see off in the future. Mission is what you do to accomplish what you see. Mission consists of primary, big blocks of achievement with goals and objectives as the sub blocks of achievement. Values are the almost indefinable basis by which you judge the relative worth of one thing compared to another. Values determine the flavor, style, the how, and the why of what you’re doing.”
Develop accountability for results, beginning with self.
