Best of Times. Worst of Times. You Choose.

OCTOBER 25, 2015 - NOVEMBER 1, 2015

In Exodus 3 we see God responding to the slavery and bondage in which the Israelites live. It was the worst of times for them, but the best of times. Best, because God had heard their cry for liberty and responded. However, their liberation was not just about getting out of Egypt, but about getting the Egyptian mindset out of them so Israel could fully embrace their promises.

God has given us freedom and love, which means we have choices. The choice was made clear in John 5 when Jesus healed an invalid man. He instructed him to rise up, pick up his mat and walk. The man had a choice to step into his moment. As Jesus healed this man, He confronted the Political and Religious system of His day, proving them unable to help the heart of a man.
